A day out at Portsmouth
At the place called Portsmouth they had lots of old ships. We went on a tour of the port. We saw navy boats and my favourite navy boat was a Cargo ship on the tour, but my favourite boat of them all was the HMS Victory. The captain was Admiral Nelson. He was shot in the spine and he didn't want to be buried at sea so they pickled him in alcohol and once they got home in memorial they drank the alcohol that his body had been soaking in. The HMS Victory fought in the Napoleonic Wars.

Hi Callum, great information. I never new that about Nelson, so thanks for the info. I always loved history at school so any more historical facts would be much appreciated.
